Chen Menghuai DGM/ General Consultant
Chen has devoted himself to R&D of snow technologies in China for two decades since 1998. With great passion for his area and a strong commitment to catalyze snow development in China, Chen, as a pioneer of domestic production of snow equipment, is adept at maintenance, service and R&D of snow equipment and providing relevant training.
Having a high level of technological skills and rich experience in operation and management, Chen was previously the Chief System Designer, General Construction Director and Operation Manager for several ski resorts in China. Between 1998 and 2010, he was the General Manager for several large ski resorts, such as Xueshijie Ski Resort in Beijing, Jinfo Mountain Ski Resort in Chongqing and Qin Shi Huang Ancient Path Ski Resort in Shijiazhuang, with responsibilities to plan, design, operate and manage these projects. He holds the positions of DGM and General Consultant at ES, and our R&D team keeps innovating snow equipment under his leadership, offering several large projects professional and systematic construction, operation and management solutions.
Wang Xiaohu DGM
Engaged in the industry for more than 2 decades, Wang is an experienced planner, designer, constructor, operator and manager of indoor and outdoor ski resorts, and a witness to rapid development of China’s modern ice & snow industry. He was involved in investment in, planning, construction and management of several large ski resorts in China. Between 1994 and 2001, Wang was involved in investment in, planning and construction of Yabuli Tourist Ski Resort in Heilongjiang, Xiling Snow Mountain Ski Resort in Chengdu, Nanshan Ski Resort in Beijing and some other large ski resorts, and served as an executive at these ski resorts. In 2003, he was involved in investment in, planning and construction of Fu Niu Shan Snow Park, the first ski resort in Middle China, and held the position of GM at the ski resort. In 2016, Wang founded Henan Hongxiang Winter Sports Development Co., Ltd. to which the operation of Fu Niu Shan Snow Park was entrusted. He is now DGM at ES and responsible for opening up new markets for project investment, operation and management. Wang is dedicated to offering professional and high-quality integrated project solutions.
Log Xiaotong GM
Graduated from Renmin University of China with a master’s degree, Long joined ES in 2010. With great passion for the industry, she is pioneering, innovative and practical. As a witness to ES’s rapid development over the past 8 years, Long has gained rich first-hand experience in project management, business cooperation, negotiation, marketing, operation of indoor ski resorts, investment in and development of winter sports towns. Long was promoted to GM in 2017, and her team, under her leadership, has identified many business opportunities and achieved excellence in project investment, operation and management. With a commitment to provision of internationally leading winter sports project investment, operation and management services, Long is contributions to domestic winter sports industry’s process to go globle.

Tian Guozhi DGM
Entered the ski industry in 1998, Tian has accumulated rich experience in planning of indoor and outdoor ski resorts, ski run design, operation and management, and witnessed the development of China’s ski industry. He once worked as DGM and COO responsible for construction of ski resorts, ski run design and operation at several large ski resorts, including Xueshijie Ski Resort, Jundushan Ski Resort and Qiaobo Indoor Ski Hall. In 2008, Tian joined ES and works as DGM. He is responsible for development and implementation of overall project operation plans and guidelines, and construction of an efficient and professional operation & management system.
Jiang Jingen COO & EVP
With a BA in English from Peking University and a MBA from University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, Jiang is a veteran with over 15 years experiences in Fortune 500 multinational companies responsible for strategy development, marketing, market access and public affairs. He has track-proven strong leadership in delivering exceptional business results. He joined ES in Oct. 2017 as the positions of COO and EVP.

Li Zixin CEO/Chief Ice & snow System Designer
As the founder of ES, Li established the company in 2004. Under Li’s leadership, the company continues to expand its operations and scale up its buisness. So far, the group has set up Eternal Star Ice & Snow Sports (Beijing) Co., Ltd., (an operator of winter sports facilities) as well as Eternal Star Ice & Snow Plant in Tianjin (the largest winter sports equipment plant in Asia). It also has established strategic cooperation with Jihua Group (a large state owned company listed in Forbes Global 500) through the joint venture Jihua & Eternal Star Ice & Snow Sports (Beijing) Co., Ltd.
As a pioneer of domestic production of snow equipment and a leading role in manufacture of the first snow machine, snowing machine and some other snow products in China, Li has devoted to R&D of snow equipment and technologies since 2004 and brought an end to foreign companies’ technological monopoly on snow. As the Chief Designer for over 10 large indoor facilities like Wanda Mall Snow Park in Harbin, the Four Season Cross-country Ski Resort in Jilin North Mountain and Indoor Ski Hall of Jihua Park in Chongqing, Li is appointed by Beijing Government as a member of Energy Support Expert Commission in Yanqing Division for 2022 Winter Olympics and involved in the development process of Energy Support Plan for Beijing Yanqing Division of Winter Olympics, and has become a recognized snow expert in China.
